We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). Onboarding/Offboarding PC Preparation:
– Prepare and seat IT devices for new hires and assist with equipment retrieval and initialization for departing employees
IT Asset Audit:
– Reviewing the IT asset list provided to HQ employees, checking the status of the assets and reflecting them in the asset management system (accurate asset management)
IT Device Inventory and Asset Organization:
– Organize the inventory of company IT devices and reflect them in the asset management system
Writing and organizing technical documentation:
– Documented IT-related troubleshooting methods and work procedures, including documentation libraries, file organization
Basic user support:
– Troubleshoot simple IT issues for users, provide account management and equipment support.
