You’ll pre-produce, film, edit, post, and execute on initiatives to horizontally scale the content filming capabilities of the team. And you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible. Top-notch communication skills are essential. You should have a very high level competency in production & editing.
Expect talented, motivated, intense and interesting co-workers. Must be willing to relocate to the Orange County Area (we will help cover moving costs). Familiarity with golf would be helpful but is not neccesary
What you’ll do
Produce engaging, high-performing organic social media content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Conceptualize and execute viral video ideas in collaboration with the content team
Manage the creation of user-generated content (UGC) through coordinating shoots and working with creators
Work directly with a founder-led content team that is leading so far ahead by example in the golf industry that every competitor so blatantly copies the videos we make.
Video Editing & Videography:
Demonstrate strong editing skills to transform raw footage into polished, shareable social videos
Utilize a range of filming techniques, including both high-quality cameras and iPhone
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing leadership to create content for product launches, campaigns, and other initiatives
Coordinate with other departments to produce video assets as needed
