About Quander
Quander is building AI automation for enterprise operations, helping companies replace manual workflows with customized end-to-end AI systems. The platform integrates directly into operational workflows including customer onboarding, recurring business processes, and enterprise operational execution. Early traction includes referral-driven customers and active enterprise pilots. Seed-stage company founded in 2025 with a small founding team.
About the Role
This is Quander’s first GTM hire and one of the highest ownership commercial roles at the company. You will own the full customer lifecycle: existing accounts, outbound pipeline creation, closing new business, customer expansion, operational systems, and future team buildout. This role blends AE, customer success, partnerships, rev ops, and startup operations into one seat with significant equity upside.
What You’ll Own
Inherit and manage existing customers immediately — learn workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and protect retention revenue
Build outbound motion from zero using Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sequencing tools
Close net-new logos from first outreach through signed contract — deal cycles ranging from 1 week to 2 months
Design GTM systems, process documentation, and operational playbooks
Work directly with founders on customer calls, debugging issues, and product feedback
Build future AE, AM, and customer-facing teams
Help define whether scale comes through sales leadership, customer success, or ops
Requirements
1–3 years of customer-facing startup experience
Sales, GTM, BDR, AE, partnerships, or operations backgrounds acceptable
Demonstrated outbound execution — cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outbound ownership
High agency and scrappy execution mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity and no playbook
AI-native and automation-native mindset
Familiarity with GTM tooling
SF relocation and onsite commitment required
Target Backgrounds
Strong signals include founder or founding team backgrounds, experience building outbound systems from scratch, AI automation native candidates, familiarity with Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, N8N, or Zapier, and startup operators with full GTM ownership.

Management-only candidates unwilling to execute IC work

Candidates with weak outbound execution or no AI/automation curiosity

Compensation Structure
$70,000 – $90,000 base salary
10% commission on every contract touched — fully uncapped
Top performers can materially exceed nominal OTE
0.2% – 1.0% equity ownership
