Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 a year (or $65 – $75/hr)

What You’ll Do:
● Conduct evaluations and create specialized, functional treatment plans for adult and geriatric populations across home and day habilitation environments.
● Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy focusing on neuro-rehab, developmental support, balance, and fall prevention.
● Collaborate with day habilitation staff and families to ensure seamless, continuous care.
Qualifications:
● Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.
● Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for local travel.
● Compassionate professional who enjoys working with diverse adult populations.
