Full job description
Key Responsibilities
– Read each platform ticket (Fantuan, HungryPanda, UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub) and assemble to the plating standard.
– Reheat, weigh, and plate components; verify hot food ≥ 140°F (60°C) before packing.
– Pack leak-free in the correct box, apply seal stickers, include utensils, separate hot food from cold drinks.
– Act as the final quality gate — verify item, quantity, portion, spice, bone/boneless, add-ons, drink and notes against every ticket.
– Log remakes/discards; complete the shift handover log.
Requirements
– Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented under rush.
– Able to read tickets and follow weights/portions exactly.
– Strong multitasking; calm under volume.
– Reliable and punctual; clocks in/out every shift.
– Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~50 lb.- Restaurant/delivery experience a plus (training provided).Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation to prevent waste

Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour
