Attorneys challenging cuts to federal funding for groups providing legal representation to unaccompanied immigrant children told a California federal judge Monday that the government is violating the court’s injunction by deporting children without representation, while the government says a new U.S. Supreme Court ruling “severely undermines” the court’s jurisdiction.
