Front Desk & Client ExperienceGreet clients, manage check-in/out, and keep reception polished and welcoming
Schedule and confirm appointments across stylists
Process payments and maintain client records in our CRM
Work with core team to explore options for growth strategies
Operations & Business Development SupportResearch new store locations (market analysis, demographics, competitor scouting)
Coordinate salon operations: inventory, supply ordering, vendor communication
Support expansion projects, including future K-beauty retail store openings
Take on ad hoc research and administrative projects as the business grows
What We’re Looking ForInterest in coordination, administrative, or client-facing role (salon/hospitality/retail a plus)
Exceptional organization and comfort juggling priorities
Strong communication and general tech proficiency (CRM/spreadsheets a plus)
Discretion, reliability, and genuine interest in growing with the business
