Duties may include: Working in a seafood processing and packing facility, duties will be to assist in the operation, maintenance, and tending of the cannery’s packing and filler machines for seafood production (fish such as Pollock, Halibut, Pacific Cod, Black Cod, Rockfish, Herring, Salmon, and various Crab species.) Adjust machine components, machine tension, and pressure according to size of fish. Post-season operating equipment clean-up.
