At Ramblei, we take a property from raw potential to a polished, guest-ready short-term rental — and keep it performing at the highest standard day after day. We’re looking for a hands-on, organized Property Operations Coordinator to support the physical side of our portfolio: onboarding new properties, coordinating vendors, running inspections, and making sure every home is spotless and guest-ready before check-in.No prior property management experience required — we’ll train you on everything. WHAT YOU’LL DOProperty Onboarding & SetupSupport the launch of new properties — from initial walkthrough to first guest check-in.
Help coordinate interior staging, furniture setup, and cleaning.
Assist with building property-specific house manuals and standard operating checklists.
Support the licensing and permitting process for short-term rental compliance.
Operations & Vendor CoordinationSchedule and oversee cleaning crews between every guest stay, ensuring consistent quality.
Help build and maintain a reliable network of vendors: cleaners, handymen, and tradespeople.
Conduct regular property inspections and document conditions with photos and written notes.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work, tracking costs and timelines through completion.
Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and guest essentials across the portfolio.
Cross-Team SupportCommunicate proactively with the guest service team when property issues affect active reservations.
Support emergency response for urgent property situations — damage, lockouts, appliance failures.
Maintain organized records of inspections, work orders, and vendor activity.
Help improve operational checklists and SOPs as the portfolio grows.

Comfortable being out in the field — this role involves regular travel between properties.
A proactive problem-solver who identifies issues before guests do.
Good communicator with vendors, homeowners, and internal team members.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Basic familiarity with home maintenance, cleaning standards, or construction is a plus — not required.
Bilingual (English/Mandarin or English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
