We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative R&D Manager to lead the research and development of our eyelash product lines. This role will focus on creating breakthrough products, enhancing existing designs and formulations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Product Development, and Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage R&D projects from concept through commercialization for false eyelashes, adhesives, tools, and related accessories.
Research and develop new materials, lash styles, application technologies, and sustainable solutions aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Oversee prototype development, testing, and performance evaluation to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to source and validate raw materials and components.
Work with the product development team to translate consumer insights into innovative product concepts.
Monitor competitor products, global trends, and new technologies to drive innovation pipeline.
Prepare and maintain technical standard samples and documentation, including product specifications, test reports, and regulatory filings.
Manage the R&D budget and project timelines while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Provide technical support to production and quality assurance teams to resolve formulation or process issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in product development or R&D in the beauty industry (preferably with eyelashes or related categories).
Fluency in Korean and English is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills; a strong team player who can collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
Highly organized and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Getflow, Smartsheet for managing eyelash product workflows
