Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements and related-company policies are met as we expand internationally and scale our customer-base
Support privacy and copyright compliance operational needs, including managing user communications and takedown processes
Oversee operational processes to maintain FedRAMP accreditation, including documentation management and cross-functional alignment
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency
Track compliance KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership on regulatory operations metrics
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 3+ years of broad experience in regulatory compliance, operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-growing technology company
Are able to execute operational processes that ensure regulatory compliance and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners
Possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance processes, particularly in areas such as copyright takedowns
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable with ambiguity
Are enthused by and comfortable working across several different areas of regulatory compliance
Have excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Are detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining high standards of accuracy in compliance-related work
Have experience with and enjoy doing behind-the-scenes work that is essential and highly valuable, though at times unglamorous
The expected salary range for this position is:
Annual Salary:
$140,000 – $180,000 USD
