Job Description:
Copywriting/Editing:
Write, edit, and proofread content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, email blasts, etc.
Ensure content maintains high standards of grammar, style, and consistency, while adhering to brand voice.
Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate content production timelines.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
Curate engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive online community.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on analytics to achieve optimal results.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Public Relations:
Manage global PR strategy and conduct campaign analysis to continually improve effectiveness
Help manage PR agency to develop and maintain a positive brand image.
Build relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate events, product launches, and other public-facing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience in editing, social media management, and public relations (7+ years preferred).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Experience managing direct reports.
Ability to craft compelling PR materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media scheduling tools and media monitoring platforms is a plus.
