Job Description:
We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
– Summarize the top 20 products by category in cosmetics from Amazon, TikTok, Sephora, Ulta, Walmart, Target, and CVS, and derive insights through customer review analysis.
– Compare the top 20 products from each major distributor with our products to identify strengths, weaknesses, areas for improvement, and key insights.
– Analyze and summarize key viral products online, identifying their unique strengths and extracting benchmarking points.
– Organize internal data (SOM, NIEM, POS, MULO, etc.) to monitor performance by PLC and identify issues.
– Prepare samples for round table meetings, organize stock in the warehouse, organize samples, and summarize sample usage results.
