Job Description:
We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Data Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining the quality of our organization’s data through regular data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes. Learn to identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Data Governance: Support the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures. Participate in activities related to data classification, data lifecycle management, and data access controls.
Data Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to document data definitions, metadata, and data lineage. Contribute to the development of data dictionaries and data cataloging efforts to enhance data transparency and understanding across the organization.
Data Integration: Gain exposure to data integration processes by assisting in the mapping and transformation of data between different systems and platforms. Contribute to data migration projects and data consolidation efforts as needed.
Data Analysis: Learn to perform basic data analysis tasks to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives. Assist in generating data insights and preparing reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, with a passion for learning about warehouse technology and automation.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Desired Qualifications:
Previous coursework or projects related to control systems, automation, or warehouse operations.
Familiarity with warehouse software and systems such as WMS/WES/WCS (Warehouse Management Systems/Warehouse Execution Systems/Warehouse Control Systems).
Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) is a plus.
Experience with WMS (Manhattan / Blue Yonder / SAP EWM)
Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and robotics.
Understanding of warehouse safety and security systems.
