This internship offers hands-on experience in the grooming and beauty industry, providing exposure to product testing, competitor analysis, and marketing coordination. The primary purpose of this job is to assist in the preparation and organization of products for market testing and sales within the hair care market, focusing on sample preparation, file management, and logistical support for both local and international team activities.
Job Description:
We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Showroom & Storage Room Organization
Keep the showroom neat and organized, ensuring all items are fully stocked.
Label and categorize excess and overstock products in the storage room.
Maintain a clean and clutter-free space by regularly discarding unnecessary items.
Artwork
Gather product artworks from PIC and organize into folders
Assist in overseas product registration by reviewing artwork updates, adding comments, and coordinating with designers
Update product pictures as needed in CMS database
Shipments
Pack and send out shipments
Track order statuses and update PIC
Distribute incoming shipments daily to the designated PIC (Person in Charge)
Office Supply/Sample Order
Monitor and restock essential office supplies
Place sample orders and provide updates to PIC
Product Testing
Organize, prepare, manage, and deliver product test samples, including vendor, competitor, and internal formulations for development or quality testing.
Other
Small tasks to follow up
(ex: preparing for vendor visits: welcome signs, etc.)
Organizing files and documents
Attending meetings and taking notes
