We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Web Project Intern to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you’ll support ongoing Shopify web projects, including content updates, product launches, and project tracking, focusing on organization, communication, and data accuracy.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the beauty e-commerce space while contributing to one of the industry’s top-performing DTC platforms.
Job Description:
We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with product uploads, landing page builds, and content updates within Shopify.
Collaborate with DTC, Creative, Marketing, and other teams to meet project timelines and goals.
Conduct quality assurance testing across devices and browsers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track project tasks using Excel and internal tools; help create and maintain project trackers and reports.
Perform data entry and audits for tags, inventory, and SEO fields within Shopify’s backend.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, Web Development, or a related field.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
Strong Excel skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
Passion for beauty and e-commerce; a curiosity for what makes digital shopping experiences successful.
Bonus: experience with project management tools (Monday.com)
