Jorge Aguilar-Martinez, 30, received the 54-month prison sentence April 21 in Seattle’s U.S. District Court. He is expected to be returned to Honduras upon completion of his sentence.
U.S. District Judge Nusrat J. Choudhury ordered Carmine Gotti Agnello, 39, to serve one year and three months in prison followed by two years of supervised release. Choudhury also ordered Agnello to pay $1,268,302 in restitution to the SBA and perform 100 hours of community service.
An ICE Homeland Security Investigations Fort Wayne case has led to a 50-year sentence for a Roanoke woman who exploited children and received child sexual abuse material. HSI and the Department of Justice announced 36-year-old Annamarie Fleischman’s sentence April 20.
