Haitian citizens challenging the Trump administration’s now-postponed move to revoke Haitian noncitizens’ temporary protected status urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to dismiss the administration’s appeal, arguing that additional factual development is needed in light of newly disclosed documents.
